Community Studio: Embroidery - Sassy Stitches ITH Zipper Pouch (2:00 pm- 4:30 pm)
Have fun making this quick zipper pouch in the embroidery hoop. Create a textured background design using Endless Embroidery and sewing stitches, then use Group and Rearrange tools to place applique stitches on top of the textured background design. Easily accomplished on the BERNINA 880 Plus or B790 Plus embroidery machine!

| Instructor Bio: | Susan has been with COTTONWOOD since 2017. She currently teaches the BERNINA/Bernette Machine and Embroidery Mastery classes and leads the Community Studio Embroidery Club. Sewing has always been a passion and a hobby for Judy Hahner. She joined the BERNINA team in 2007 and is a seasoned quilting and embroidery enthusiast with a long history of garment construction. Judy was part of the development and testing team for the BERNINA Longarm Quilting Machines. Judy received a BA in Home Economics, Fashion Merchandising and Design emphasis from Washington State University. Over the years she has shared her passion and knowledge through custom sewing and alterations, teaching sewing and quilting classes to adults and youth. After that she worked for a BERNINA dealership for 8 years as the General Manager, educator and sales associate. Judy loves being able to challenge and inspire other sewists to step outside their comfort zone and try something new. |
