Paper Piecing All Year Round - A Gnome with Fish or a Gnome with Flower (10:15am - 2:15 pm)

Start with the book "Paper Piecing All Year Round", by Mary Hertel, and stitch your way through the year with Marilyn.  Or just register for a class or two.  Stitch a couple of Gnomes for luck in March.

Paper piecing is a simple and straight-forward way of sewing a design into a project.  It allows even the newest beginner to have sharp points and detail.  It is also a creative way to use up small and oddly shaped pieces of fabric that might otherwise have been relegated to the scrap bin.

Skill Level: Beginner

The techniques of paper piecing will be taught in class, as well as, a variety of foundations and tools.
