Supply List:
Jelly-Roll Rug Tree Skirt Pattern
1-2 Jelly Rolls (or a Junior Jelly Roll if making the small tree skirt)
25-100 yards of Bosal Katahdin On-A-Roll (again, depending on desired size of tree skirt)
2 yards of ribbon for tree skirt ties
Basic sewing kit
Sewing machine with at least a 5.5 mm zig-zag stitch
Long ruler
Rotary cutter with new blade
50-weight cotton (or polyester) thread of your choice, to either blend or contrast
Bobbins (wind ahead of time)
Size 16 sewing machine needle
Spool of heavy thread
Hand-sewing needle
Jelly Roll Tube Maker (optional)
Homework: Work through page 3 of the pattern at home. Bring your finished “ball” (as shown on page #4) to class with you.
