10-Inch Wood Embroidery Hoop
Two - 12 x 12 batik fabrics. A light blue and dark blue batik is recommended.
Two - 12 x 12 Sheets of Decor Bond one-sided fusible stabilizer
Two - 14 x 14-inch low loft cotton batting
Two - 14 x 14-inch Backing Fabric
Scissors
An iron way fine-point marking tool. One light color and one dark color.
Self-threading hand sewing needle
Tweezers
A 3.5 x 12.5 ruler for marking fabric
Assortment of machine quilting threads:
The project contains several thread colors and thread weights.
Use your favorite embroidery threads and colors. Some examples are:
1 - 40 Weight threads - Isacord, Glide, Superior Threads’ Magnifico or
Fantastico (variegated)
2 - 60 Weight threads - Glide, Superior Threads’ Bottomline or Deco
3 - 50 Weight medium gray cotton thread(this is our bobbin thread)
