Shipping Policy

We will ship your order as soon as possible.  Our policy is to ship your order in 24-48 business hours from order placement.  Your credit card will not be charged until we are ready to ship your order.  We will contact you if an item is out of stock.  Some items that are freight intensive may have additional shipping charges.  We will contact you with the additional shipping amount before charging your credit card.

Returns

We do not accept returns.  All sales are final except in the case of damaged merchandise. Please contact us at shop@cottonwoodquiltshop.com if you receive damaged or incorrect merchandise including photographs.
